Job Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting customers with their mortgage needs, including providing information on available loan products, guiding customers through the application process, and ensuring timely and accurate underwriting. The Mortgage Loan Officer will also provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the loan process.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Loan Officer in the Mortgage Industry
- Knowledge of Mortgage Lending and Underwriting processes
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial & experience in self-promotion
- Marketing experience in the Mortgage Industry
- Attention to detail and accuracy
License Required
NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator for the state(s) you do business in.
Education
Bachelor Degree – Preferred. Associate Degree acceptable in related field.
2 Years of Loan Origination experience is acceptable in lieu of Education requirement.
Compensation
Based on Loan Volume: 275 BPS
Pay schedule is Daily
